CPP Disability

Canada Pension Plan (CPP) provides disability benefits to people who have made enough contributions to CPP, are under 65 years of age and who are disabled. 

Your disability must be both "prolonged" and "severe" as defined by the CPP legislation, and  you must have contributed to CPP in four of the last six years or three of the last six years if you have contributed for at least 25 years.
